We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. If you choose to make an enquiry or booking through us we will collect details that you provide in relation to that enquiry or booking. Information held may include your name, address, contact details, payment details, IP address, information about people travelling with you, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific travel requirements. In addition, we may need to collect your passport or national identity card details, date of birth and nationality for the purposes of payment and registration of tourist tax ("Sojourn tax") with the Slovenia authorities.
You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of this Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us.

Transaction security
We utilise appropriate security systems to protect any financial transactions carried out on our computer systems or website. Information, such as credit card details, is automatically protected using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) between your computer and ours and/or our computer and the card processing company's computer which prevents impersonation. SSL also encrypts data between these computers, so there is almost no chance of your details being stolen or hijacked as it travels over the internet.
We do not, however, guarantee the security of your personal information when processed through the site and the internet and we cannot accept liability for loss or theft of your personal details when processed on the site and/or over the internet.
