VILLA DETAILS

Milkman's Farm Villa, built in 1902, has been lovingly restored by the owner and is located in a wooded area on the outskirts of a small village. Thick walls keep the cottage cool in the summer and warm during the cooler months of the year. A restaurant is only one kilometre from the villa and grocery shops and more restaurants are to be found in Ilirska Bistrica. To explore the beautiful countryside a car is highly recommended. Milkman's Farm Villa is the ideal choice for nature lovers; get your bikes ready for a scenic bike tour or enjoy some mountain hiking and climbing in the Cicerija Mountains bordering to Croatia. For fishing visit Lake Mola or Lake Klivnik which are both approximately ten kilometres from the villa.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa is arranged over two floors and comprises of two sitting rooms, dining area and kitchen.

There are two lounge areas, one with a fireplace and comfortable sofas/armchairs and TV on the ground floor and another one on the galleried landing. Free WiFi is provided for guests. The dining table sits 12 people and another smaller table sits four. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware.

There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Altogether the villa has six bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a further five bedrooms on the first floor. Five bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. There are five bathrooms with either a shower or bathtub. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi bath.

Wellness and games

For your entertainment the villa offers a pool table, table tennis and darts.

OUTSIDE

A 2000 square metre large garden invites to spend your time together outside. The pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with sun loungers and sun umbrellas and the dining terrace with barbecue offers enough space for guests to enjoy their meals outside. Your children will enjoy the outside play area and there is enough parking space for up to 12 cars. The garden is fully enclosed and gated. The building next to the villa by the pool is at the moment used only for storage.
