This charming seafront period house comprises two comfortably furnished apartments with a stunning view over the marina and fishing boats in the harbour. Situated by the sea and the main square, it offers a fantastic view of this romantic and picturesque Istrian town of Piran, which is rich in culture, history and a fishing tradition. Public transport, supermarket, shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. The town beach and all main attractions are also a few minutes walk away. Piran is ranked as one of the most beautiful towns of the Mediterranean and is thus a popular tourist place all year long.

ACCOMMODATION

Harbour House can accommodate 8-12 people in total. Access is from a side entrance where steps lead to the first and second floor apartments.

Apartment 1 (first floor)

This 55 square metre apartment comprises a kitchen, dining and sitting area and two double bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic electric hob, an oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and other utensils and tableware. The kitchen opens out to a dining and living room with a comfortable sofa, that can be transformed into an additional bed, and a flat screen satellite TV and WiFi. The apartment has a bathroom, with a bath tub and shower, and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. Each room is air-conditioned. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

Apartment 2 (second floor)

This 65 square metre apartment has a spacious sitting room also with a sofa, dining table, TV, WiFi and air-conditioning plus interphone. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic electric hob, an oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and other utensils and tableware. The kitchen opens out to a dining and living room with a comfortable sofa, that can be converted into an additional bed, and a flat screen satellite TV. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each room is air-conditioned. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

The town centre is closed for traffic, so it is very peaceful and charming. Cars can be left at the entrance of the town in large car parks which are supervised. From there, a free city bus leads to the town centre. It is possible also park in the old town but only for a limited time and at limited spots, 15 minutes parking is free.
