Luxury Villa Especiall was built in 2018 and consists of three spacious, ensuite apartments and two luxury ensuite bedrooms. In total 200 square metres of living space on a 500 square metre plot. All the apartments with cooling system, a modern, fresh look, super-king size double beds, well equipped kitchens, sofa, dining table and chairs and TV. Breakfast can be taken in the family's small hotel just 100 metres away, where they offer wholesome and home cooked Slovenian dishes.

The luxury, private villa is situated in a quiet corner of central Bled and has extensive views of the surrounding area. Shops, cafes, transport, restaurants and Bled Lake with its beaches and island are all within walking distance.

This smart and stylish holiday home rental is suitable for family groups, adult travellers enjoying outdoor pursuits or couples booking just one luxury apartment. It is conveniently placed for cycling to the beautiful Vintgar Gorge (5km), the picturesque village of Ribno, the river Sava and Lake Bohinj (12km). All kind of water-sports, extreme sports and gentle walks in beautiful nature are available. Golfers can enjoy a top golf course just 3 km outside Bled town.

All the apartments and rooms have air conditioning or floor cooling and central heating and offer sauna and wine tasting experience at additional cost.

ACCOMMODATION

Apartment 1 (Glass)

A superior studio apartment for two people. The bedroom comes with a super-king size new double bed with an ensuite shower, bed linen and towels, a large 32 square metre balcony with an outdoor dining table, a kitchen which has a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cookware and tableware. There is a sitting/dining room with a sofa, dining table, TV and safe.

Apartment 2 (Treasure)

A deluxe, one bedroom apartment with 40 square meters of living space, sleeping three people, a well equipped kitchen and sitting/dining room, with TV and safe. In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, new cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The balcony has lovely views and is a place where you can relax, looking at great natural beauty.

Apartment 3 (Special)

A luxurious, one bedroom apartment with a large balcony, ensuite shower room, sleeping four people. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, cookware, a pretty dining set and glassware. In the sitting/dining room there is a sofa, a dining table TV and a safe.

Is a double room with a super-king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a bath tub, TV and safe, excellent bed linen and towels.

Double bedroom Rose

Has a double super-king size bed with ensuite shower room TV and safe, top quality bed linen and towels and a large 20 square metre balcony.

In the garden there is a nice patio, where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine, sitting on the comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs and thinking of your next adventure.
