VILLA DETAILS

Villa Edelweiss is an amazing holiday home by the Slovenian Alpine lake Bled. This charming luxury family villa with air-conditioning and its private, fenced-off, heated pool offers you also something totally unique: fresh home-made bread and pastries, pizzas and all kind of bakery goods, practically free. What happens is that the owner gives you 20 euro every day towards your bakery order which you get from the owner's bakery. The villa is also offering table tennis and, for extra charge, mini golf. You are in the perfect place for gourmet experiences, gentle walks, serious hiking and mountaineering, horse riding and canoeing. There is even an excellent golf course at your doorstep and Lake Bled swimming area within 900 metres.

This Bled private villa consists of the main house with six bedrooms (bakery in the front) and a gorgeous one bedroom cottage within the same grounds. In total, there are seven bedrooms and the large villa accommodates thirteen people and some babies. From the villa and cottage there are beautiful nature views and views of the lake, which is 2km away. Also you have a sports hall 2km distance and a great golf course 3.5km away.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa comprises the main house with six bedrooms and bathrooms, and a separate wooden cottage apartment for two persons, all rented together as one rental unit. There is air-conditioning throughout, and a washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided.

Ground floor

A large, open plan living area comprises a sitting room, dining area and kitchen. In the sitting space there is a large, L-shaped sofa, extra chairs, a large satellite TV and WiFi. The dining table can sit eight people. The kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. In this area there is a second dining table which also seats eight people. The whole party can be accommodated for eating together in the living room, albeit on two tables. The living room sofa can be used as a sofa bed for one or two people.

On the ground floor is a newly installed sauna.

Upper floors

The bedrooms in the main villa are mainly on the first floor, but some are on the second floor or ground floor. Five bedrooms have excellent super-king size beds, and one bedroom is a single. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

As the local Slovenes are happy to swim in the gorgeous lake Bled and their sparkling clean rivers, it is unusual for villas to have swimming pools. However, Villa Edelweiss in Bled has a heated, infinity swimming pool and for the families it is important to know that the pool is fenced off from the rest of the garden and there are also pool toys for the use of guests. In addition, one end of the pool is shallow. On the sunbathing patio around the pool there are sunbeds, parasols and a barbecue, with an outdoor dining table.
